Dave Pebley
President/Founder
Dave Pebley is the founder and CEO of Specialty Building Components, Inc., with more than 45 years of experience in the building and construction industry. He began his career in structural steel and miscellaneous metals before transitioning into manufacturer representation, where he was instrumental in introducing some of the industry’s earliest fire-rated expansion joint covers and GFRC exterior wall panels.
Throughout his career, Dave has remained a visionary leader and pioneer in the architectural and design sector, consistently driving innovation and setting high standards for quality. Under his leadership, Specialty Building Components has become a trusted name, recognized for its commitment to excellence and forward-thinking solutions.

Vice President
Kailey Hale is vice president of Specialty Building Components, Inc., with more than 13 years of dedicated experience in the building and construction industry.
